Considering the reliability, the selection of single board devices is large and the pin is long, so the layout must be symmetrical and the space occupied is relatively large; the system needs to be over stressed, thermally balanced and tested, and the system works in harsh environment, which requires strong reliability, large vias, larger linewidth and dense local outgoing lines;
Countermeasures:
1. In terms of layout, the main part and the backup part are arranged symmetrically, and the stiffeners near the edge or middle of the power device are arranged to facilitate heat dissipation; 3-4 mounting holes are arranged around the heat dissipation device;
